MINIMUMS: There is a 24 piece minimum per design on all apparel goods. Call for minimums on fashion accessories and merchandise.
TERMS: All orders must be Credit Card, Cash, or Check. Terms available for approved clients. Please call for details.
ARTWORK: Artwork is billed at $45 per half hour. Minimum art charge is $45.00. All screens and films will remain the property of LS Design. Original artwork will be returned to the customer upon request.
ART APPROVAL: All new artwork or copy changes are approved via email.
COMPUTER COMPATIBILITY: We are MAC/PC compatible (Photoshop CS2, Adobe Illustrator CS2. We accept email, CD-ROM/DVD-ROM . Please include file and color hard copy of art with disk. Text fonts must be included on disk with artwork or converted to curves/outlines.
CUSTOMER SEPARATIONS: Process separations supplied by the customer will not be accepted. Our separations are created specifically for garments and other products printed in our production facility. Spot color halftones should also be done by us to account for proper dot gain.
STANDARD GARMENT IMPRINT SIZES (W X H): Unless indicated otherwise in writing on your purchase order, we will use best judgment to determine final size. We will NOT assume that image size on disk is correct.
PRINTING ON ZIPPER PALLETS: Although LS Design has the latest equipment necessary for printing on zippered garments, the company must advise its clients that the process is not as consistent as printing on tee shirts. Some inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage. LS Design will not be responsible for these inconsistencies on zippered garments.
CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations will be accepted for approved orders.
TURN AROUND TIME: Turn Around Time is based upon the receipt of your written purchase order and approved artwork. Usual Turn Around Time is two weeks after art approval.
RUSH ORDERS: Although LS Design strives to produce every order as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet its client’s dates, there is no guarantee. It is highly recommended that if an order is time sensitive, that clients utilize the LS Design rush order service. Most Rush Order charges are 20% to 30 % of the total invoice.
The cost is production time only and is subject to garment availability. Should garments have to be expedited from the mills/supplier, it will be the customers responsibility to cover the additional shipping charges.
RETURNED CHECK: There is a $40.00 returned check fee.
UNPAID INVOICES: Shall an invoice remain delinquent for 90 days we will immediately seek judicial action. There will be a 50% penalty accessed to the unpaid balance along with accrued interest, court fees, and lawyer fees when the claim is filed. Please pay for your goods.

CLAIMS & RETURNS: Claims must be made within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise. Please call immediately to make all necessary arrangements.
